Bicclescombe mill in Ilfracombe, Devon was first recorded as a Corn mill in 1795. By the 1940’s it had fallen into disrepair, but in the early 1960’s it was restored by the Rotary Club of Ilfracombe. In May 2012 the present owners Devon County Council have allowed Ilfracombe Town Council to form a community project to reopen the mill and the adjacent tea rooms.
