Drinkstone Post mill was built in 1689 and so is the oldest post mill of its type in the UK

All the information used to create these drawings has been taken from the extensive and detailed dimensional survey carried out by Millwright Vincent Pargeter during August 2007. Some additional information has been supplied by Luke Bonwick, my thanks to both of them

The 3d drawings of the mill are as yet unfinished with the external cladding and internal equipment still to be drawn. The ones below are preliminary views that I hope you will find interesting
